United States sprinter Noah Lyles cemented his reputation as the fastest man in the world by clinching the gold medal in the 100-meter sprint at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Lyles, who ran the 100-meter sprint in just 9.32 seconds, broke the previous Olympic record set by Usain Bolt in 2008.

And he manages his depression.

After his victory, Lyles took to social media to reflect on his journey and the obstacles he has overcome.
He also spoke about the importance of mental health and seeking help when needed.

“I have Asthma, allergies, dyslexia, ADD, anxiety, and depression,” Lyles shared on X (formerly known as Twitter).
He continued, ‘”I take my mental health very seriously and know that it’s okay to ask for help. But I will tell you that what you have does not define what you can become”.

The Olympic champion hopes that opening up about his own struggles will encourage others to prioritize their mental well-being.
Why Not You!”

Lyles’ inspiring victory and candid message have resonated with fans around the world.
